Focus and Scope

Focus

The Journal of Physical Education and Sport Innovation (JPESI) publishes original research, systematic reviews, and evidence-informed practice papers that advance knowledge in physical education, sport science, physical activity, health promotion, and educational innovation in sport. The journal serves researchers, teachers, coaches, sport practitioners, and policymakers who generate or apply scientific evidence to improve teaching quality, athletic performance, and population health.

JPESI gives priority to manuscripts that report methodologically sound empirical work, address problems relevant to school and community settings, and demonstrate transferability across educational or cultural contexts. Papers that merely describe local activity without analytical contribution fall outside the journal's focus.
