Open Access Policy

JPESI is a fully open-access journal. Every published article is available immediately on publication, without embargo, subscription, registration, or payment by readers.

This policy follows the Budapest Open Access Initiative definition: users may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles, and use them for any lawful purpose, provided the authors and the original source are properly credited.

Authors retain copyright in their work. Articles are distributed under a [[Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0)]] licence.

JPESI charges no submission fee and no reader fee. Information on the article processing charge appears on the Article Processing Charge page.
