Article Processing Charge

Submission fee: IDR 0 (free) JPESI does not charge authors for submitting or for peer review.

Article Processing Charge (APC): [[IDR 0 / USD 0]] per accepted article

The charge applies only after a manuscript is accepted for publication. It covers:

• DOI registration through Crossref
• Copyediting, layout, and proofreading
• Online hosting, long-term preservation, and archiving
• Metadata distribution to indexing services
• Plagiarism screening and journal management

Authors receive an invoice with the acceptance letter. Payment must reach the publisher within [[14 days]] of the invoice date. Publication proceeds once payment is confirmed.

Waiver policy JPESI grants a full or partial waiver to authors from low-income countries and to authors without institutional research funding. Requests must be submitted to the Editor-in-Chief before or at the time of submission, with a brief justification. Waiver decisions have no bearing on the editorial decision, which rests solely on the peer review outcome.

Refunds The APC is not refundable once the article has been published. Where an author withdraws an accepted manuscript before publication, the charge is retained to cover processing costs already incurred.
